We select a photographer and videographer for your style and the light of your venue, then run the shoot to a plan agreed in advance.
The photographer works through the entire day, and the way you remember the celebration depends on them. We do not send a list of portfolios. We first ask which images you like: reportage or posed, film or digital, wide scenes or close portraits. Then we propose two or three photographers and videographers who work in Tuscany and know the local venues. We brief them on the programme, the rules of the villa and the church, the time of sunset and the order in which guests move, and you receive written shooting terms and delivery dates.

Selection by style
We first learn which images appeal to you, and only then show photographers with a similar approach and experience of shooting in Tuscany.
Photographer and videographer together
If you want a film as well, we coordinate the two so that they do not get in each other's way in the church, during the ceremony or at the first dance.
Shooting plan and timing
We build the day's schedule: getting ready, first look, ceremony, group photos, portraits at sunset. The time of sunset is checked against the date and the venue.
Agreements with the venue
We find out where shooting is allowed, whether access to the church or palazzo needs approval, and whether flash and a drone are permitted, and we tell the photographer in advance.
A separate photo session
A love story, an engagement shoot or a family session in Florence, Chianti or on the coast, on a day that suits you rather than only on the day of the celebration.
Delivery of the material
We record when the first selection arrives, when the full set and the film are ready, and in what form you will receive them.

On the day, every request to the photographer, from a family portrait to a pause in shooting, goes through the coordinator, so you do not have to step away.
Terms are in writing
The scope of coverage, the rights to use the images and the delivery dates are stated in the written estimate before preparation starts.

How do I choose a wedding photographer in Tuscany?
Look at full galleries from complete weddings in similar conditions, not at single good frames. We send such galleries and help you compare style, handling of light and speed of delivery.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
It depends on the programme. For a ceremony and dinner, coverage usually runs from getting ready to the first dance, while a small wedding may need only part of the day. We agree the hours against your plan.
Can we photograph inside a church or a town hall?
The parish or the comune sets the rules, and sometimes flash, movement and the number of photographers are restricted. We check this in advance and tell the photographer.
When will the photos and video arrive?
Timing depends on the photographer and on the wedding season. We record it in the agreements and remind the photographer of deadlines, and a few images for family often arrive in the first days.
Can we book a photo session without a wedding?
Yes, we organise a separate shoot: a couple, a family or a proposal. We choose the place and time of day, help with styling and select the photographer.
