We arrange a children's corner, entertainers and nannies so that parents enjoy the ceremony while the children are busy and supervised.
When many children attend a celebration, parents struggle to listen to the vows, sit at the table and watch the little ones all at once. We offer a separate format: a room or a lawn for the children, entertainers for games and nannies for the youngest. We help decide whether a children's table next to the adults works better than a separate room, how many people are needed for a given number of children of different ages, and how it all fits the evening programme. This is about care during an adult event, not a children's birthday.
What we arrange
Children's corner
A dedicated area with toys, colouring and soft mats, in shade and close to the adult tables so that parents can see their children.
Entertainers by age
Games and workshops are planned separately for toddlers, preschoolers and teenagers, so no one is bored and no one feels left out.
Nannies for the youngest
We find nannies for children under three or four who need sleep, feeding and a quiet place. We introduce them to the parents before the day.
Children's menu and snacks
We agree a separate menu with the kitchen, with serving times and allergies, so that children eat before the adults and do not wait for dinner.
Venue safety
We check the pool, stairs, driveways and open areas of the villa, and agree on fencing and on who is responsible for each group of children.
Activities in several languages
We choose entertainers and nannies who speak the family's language, so that children from different countries quickly find common ground.

When children are supervised, adults listen to the ceremony and toasts instead of leaving every ten minutes.
Safety comes before the programme
We begin with a walk through the villa or garden and only then choose the games, so activities never drift into areas that are unsafe for children.
A format that fits the number and ages
Two toddlers need one nanny, while twenty children of mixed ages need a team. We work this out before the estimate.
An introduction before the day
Children accept a stranger more easily when parents have introduced them beforehand. We arrange a short call or meeting.
Common questions about entertainers and nannies at an event
Do we need entertainers if there are only a few children?
For two or three children a nanny and a small corner with activities are often enough. We suggest that first and add an entertainer only if it is needed.
What time should the children go to bed?
It depends on their age and your family's habits. We provide a quiet room or a separate sleeping area and agree with the parents who takes the child and when.
Do nannies watch the children near a pool?
We find out beforehand whether the villa has a pool and decide whether the area is closed off. Water safety is agreed with the parents before the celebration.
Can children take part in the ceremony?
Yes, children often carry the rings or flowers. We brief the host and the photographer, rehearse the entrance and plan what to do if a child changes their mind.
In which language do the entertainers work?
We choose people who speak the children's language: Russian, Italian, English or German. If the languages differ, bilingual entertainers work with the group.
