You look after the client, we work on the ground. The Tvoi Event team lives in Florence and has organised private events in Tuscany for more than 15 years. We can take on one part of your project or the whole event, from site visits to coordination on the day, and we stay behind the scenes throughout.

Venue search and site visits
We shortlist villas, castles and estates for your client's brief, visit them in person and check the house rules in advance.
Local vendors
Caterers, florists, decor, musicians, photographers, hosts: we put the team together and negotiate with them in Italian.
Coordination on the day
A coordinator at the venue from set-up to the last guest: the timeline, the vendors and every question that comes up on site.
Guest logistics
Arrivals at Florence and Pisa airports, shuttles between the hotels and the venue, the night return after the celebration.
Documents and permits
We help prepare a civil ceremony at the comune and deal with municipal permits. Requirements are always confirmed for the specific case.
Events around the main day
A welcome dinner, a brunch the day after, a picnic or a tasting for guests who are staying for several days.

To the client you remain the only contact. We work on your behalf and do not approach the client directly.

Before preparation starts you receive a fixed written estimate that you can share with your client.

Frequently asked questions
Who talks to the client, you or us?
Whichever suits you. We can work entirely behind the scenes, so the client only ever speaks to you. If you prefer, the coordinator joins calls and site visits as part of your team.
How do the partnership and payments work?
We agree the format for each project: a single service, part of the preparation or the whole event. You receive a fixed written estimate before work starts, and the terms of cooperation are agreed separately.
Which parts of Tuscany do you cover?
Florence, Chianti, Siena and Val d'Orcia, Lucca and Pisa, the Versilia coast with Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Viareggio, Arezzo and Maremma. We do not take on events in other Italian regions.
Do you take corporate events?
No. We work only on private events: weddings, proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, private parties and dinners.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
The earlier you write, the wider the choice of venues and vendors, especially for dates from May to September. Smaller events, such as a dinner or a proposal, can be prepared on a shorter notice. Message us and we will tell you honestly what is feasible.
