The Versilia coast works for a children's party in two seasons. From May to September it is a garden or a private beach area; the rest of the year it is an enclosed hall or a villa with a large room. We choose the place by the children's ages and the number of guests, not by how it looks in photographs: a fence, shallow water or none at all, shade, toilets close by, space for prams. One coordinator leads the preparation from the first call until the last guest leaves. You receive a written estimate before work starts and a single schedule covering the entertainers, the cake, the menu and the hour the party ends.
What we arrange
An enclosed venue
A villa garden, a private beach area or a closed hall. We check the fence, the depth of the water, the shade and the distance to the toilets before we show you an option.
Entertainers and programme
Hosts in English, Italian or Russian, games by age, workshops, a bubble show. The programme is cut into short blocks so the children do not tire.
Menus for children and adults
A separate children's table with simple dishes and an adult table with local food. We take into account any allergies and restrictions you tell us about in advance.
Cake and sweet table
A cake made to your sketch, delivered by the pastry kitchen at the agreed hour. For the hot season we pick creams and fillings that hold their shape in the shade.
Decor and photographs
Balloons, a photo corner and table settings in one colour scheme. The photographer works unposed and catches the children in motion.
Care for the little ones
Nannies for children under four, so the parents can sit at the table. We count the nannies by the number of toddlers, not by the total number of guests.

We know the seasons
In July and August the beaches are full and the afternoon heat pushes the start to the late afternoon. In spring and autumn places are easier to find, but a back-up hall is needed.
Safety before styling
We check the fence, the water and who can walk in from outside, then we talk about decor. If a venue is not right for toddlers, we tell you straight away.
Parents are guests too
The schedule gives the adults their own table and time to talk while the children are busy with the programme.
One person to call
The entertainers, the pastry cook and the venue take instructions from one coordinator. You do not have to negotiate with anyone yourself.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should I book a kids party by the sea?
For summer weekends venues and entertainers are taken two to three months ahead, so write as soon as you have a date. Off-season, four to six weeks is enough.
Can the party be held on the beach?
Yes, in a private beach area with the owner's agreement. Music and any structures depend on the establishment's rules and on municipal limits, and we confirm them before anything is final.
What if it rains on the day?
We agree a covered hall or pavilion in advance and set with you the hour by which the decision to move is made. The programme is adapted to the room.
How many children can we invite?
It depends on the venue and on the number of entertainers. One host works with a small group, and we split the children by age if the range is wide.
Do you organise a party for a family on holiday?
Yes. Many families come for a week and ask for a birthday on the spot. We find a venue near your hotel or villa and take care of all the preparation.
