The beach clubs of Forte dei Marmi run as resort businesses: sunbeds and lunch by day, aperitivo and dinner in the evening. Hiring a club or part of it for a private party is possible, but you negotiate with the club itself, because every one has its own rules and the beach usually cannot be hired apart from the club. In July and August the clubs are full, and a private evening is more often possible at the start or end of the season, in June and September. We build the menu with the club's kitchen: seafood, an aperitivo on the sand, a shared table or a buffet, and the bar list.
Music and evening programme
We choose a DJ or live band and agree volume and finishing time with the club and municipal rules.
Styling the site
We add to the club's decor with lighting, textiles, flowers and tables on the sand, all planned not to break the concession rules.
Transfers and the way home
We arrange pick-up from hotels and villas in Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta and a safe return after a late evening.

Can a beach club be hired in full for a private party?
Sometimes, especially at the start and end of the season or in the evening after the day guests leave. The club decides, and at the height of summer it depends on bookings. We request the available dates.
When is the best time for a party on the beach?
June and September are the most convenient: warm, fewer people and clubs more willing to host private evenings. In July and August there are fewer options, but they exist.
Until what hour can music play?
The club's rules and local noise norms decide. We do not promise a night programme in advance; we find the permitted hour for your date and adjust the plan.
Can we bring our own catering and bartender?
Most often clubs work only with their own kitchen and bar. If you need something special we will discuss it with the club, but you should not count on an exception in advance.
What about children at a private party in a club?
A children's zone and an entertainer can be arranged for the daytime, leaving the evening programme for adults. We agree this with the club, since extra safety measures are needed by the water.
