Then we agree the menu with a private chef, set the lighting and the service, and time the dinner to fall at sunset. All that remains is for you to arrive and spend the evening together, without thinking about suppliers or schedules.

We offer several options for the season and the occasion: a terrace, a vineyard, a villa garden, a tower or an old courtyard. We explain how they differ in view and privacy.
A menu by a private chef
The chef cooks on site or brings the dishes with them. We agree the menu around your taste, any allergies and the seasonal produce of the region.
Wine pairing
We choose wines for each course from Tuscany and neighbouring regions, including non-alcoholic options if you prefer them.
Table setting and light
The table is laid with linen, porcelain and flowers, and in the evening candles and soft light are added. We check in advance where open flame is allowed on the site.
Service and music
A waiter serves the courses and steps back into the shade so as not to interrupt your conversation. If you like, we invite a guitarist or violinist for part of the evening.
A fallback in case of rain
We choose a covered space nearby in advance and decide the latest hour at which the table can be moved, so the dinner happens whatever the weather.

When is the best time for an outdoor dinner?
Late spring and early autumn suit it well. Summer evenings are warm but the days are hot, so the table is set closer to sunset. In winter a covered space is usually chosen.
How far ahead should I book the dinner?
For weekdays out of season a few weeks can be enough. For summer and holidays it is better to write earlier, because venues and chefs fill up. We give the exact lead time once we have your request.
Can you accommodate a diet or an allergy?
Yes. Tell us in advance and the chef's menu will be built around the restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten-free.
What happens if it rains?
We have a fallback: a covered terrace, a hall or another space nearby. The decision is taken the day before or on the day of the dinner, based on the forecast.
