Event villa rental in Tuscany

We find a villa for the celebration: how many guests fit at dinner, how many stay overnight and until what hour music may play.

A villa for an event is not the same as a holiday villa. You need a flat lawn or terrace for dinner, room for a kitchen and a bar, parking and access for vans and, above all, an agreement with the owner about what is allowed in the house. Many villas are let only by the week and do not accept outside guests without separate consent. We start with three numbers: how many people come to the party, how many stay the night and how many days you need. We then check them against houses that really host events, and we take over the negotiation of terms.

What we do when choosing a villa

01

Selection on three parameters

The number of guests at the party, the number of beds and the length of the rental define the pool of villas, and the list narrows to a few options.

02

Exclusive use

We check that the villa is let as a whole with no other guests staying, so that you do not share the pool and garden with strangers.

03

A visit for the format of the party

We look at where the table will go, where a marquee could stand if it rains, where the caterer's kitchen goes and how a lorry with equipment gets in.

04

Rules on music and hours

We ask the owner and the comune until what hour music is allowed and whether separate permits are needed for a late programme.

05

Guest accommodation

We allocate beds by room and family, find lodging nearby for those who do not fit and arrange the return trip at night.

06

Contract and deposit

We read the rental terms, the deposit, the cleaning rules and liability for damage, so you sign knowing what every clause means.

Tell us about your celebration

Tell us the occasion, the date and the number of guests. We will suggest a format, a venue and vendors, and prepare a fixed written estimate before any work starts.

What we look at in a villa

Does the villa host events

Not every villa is set up for a party with outside catering and musicians. We ask the owner first and do not show you houses where the answer is no.

Neighbours and noise

The distance to the nearest houses matters more than the view: it decides how late music can run. We judge it on site.

Infrastructure for suppliers

Electrical capacity, water, access for vehicles and room for refrigeration. We can bring what is missing, but we need to know in advance.

Clear contract terms

You get the written estimate and the rental terms in one package, and every point is agreed before the deposit is paid.

Questions about renting a villa for a celebration

Can I hold a wedding or anniversary at a villa I found myself?

You can, if the owner permits events. We can check the terms and prepare the questions for the owner before you pay a deposit. It often turns out that the villa is let only for holidays.

How many guests does a villa hold at dinner and how many overnight?

The two figures can differ several times over. A house with ten beds may seat forty at dinner if it has a terrace or garden. We count the two separately.

Until what hour can music play?

It depends on the owner's rules and the municipal norms of the comune. Live music often ends earlier than people would like, and amplified sound needs agreement. We find out before the contract is signed.

Do we need a marquee in case of rain?

If the villa has no hall of the right size, a marquee should be part of the plan. The decision is made early, because installation takes time and needs vehicle access.

When is the best time to book a villa?

For summer and September there are noticeably fewer event villas than requests, so start a year ahead or earlier. Spring, early autumn and weekdays are easier. Send a request and we will name the open dates.
