We organise private celebrations in Tuscany: weddings, proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings and closed dinners. We do not take corporate clients, so the team's whole experience lies with families and friends. We live and work in Florence, have organised events in Tuscany for more than fifteen years, and speak Russian, Italian, English and German. The first conversation covers the occasion, guest count, dates and wishes. Then we propose venues in the right area, from Florence and Chianti to Val d'Orcia, Lucca and Versilia, and prepare a written estimate. After that one coordinator leads the preparation and the day itself.
What organisation includes
Venue selection
A villa, a winery, a city palazzo, a beach, a terrace. We look at capacity, limits on music and hours, overnight places and a fallback in case of rain.
Kitchen and wine
Menu tasting, a caterer or private chef, seasonal Tuscan dishes, a wine list. Children and guests with dietary needs get their own dishes.
Programme and host
An evening scripted by the clock: welcome, dinner, toasts, dancing. A host in the right languages, musicians or a DJ, children's entertainers where needed.
Decor and styling
Seasonal flowers, furniture, lighting, tableware, linen. We style to suit the venue rather than overpower it.
Photography and keepsakes
A photographer and videographer agreed in advance on style and shooting hours. You receive the finished material within the agreed time.
Guest logistics
Meeting guests at the Florence and Pisa airports, transfers between hotels and the venue, the late-night return, accommodation close to the celebration.

How we work
Private events only
We do not take corporate events, conferences or team-building. Every celebration is built around the people and their occasion.

We know the venues, suppliers, municipal rules and seasonal habits of the region. We do not organise events in other parts of Italy.

Questions about event planning
Which events do you organise?
Private ones: weddings and ceremonies, proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, closed dinners and parties. We do not take corporate or business events.
How far ahead should we start planning?
For a wedding or a large celebration away from home, from several months to a year ahead is better, especially for the season from May to October. A dinner or small gathering sometimes needs only a few weeks.
How is the estimate made?
After the first conversation we prepare a written estimate listing the services and terms, and you receive it before preparation starts. Prices are not published on the site; the estimate is drawn up on request for your particular celebration.
Do you work with guests from abroad?
Yes, most of our clients travel from abroad. We speak English, Italian, Russian and German, meet guests at the airports and arrange accommodation.
Can we order only part of the services?
Yes, you can hand us only the venue, only the programme or only coordination on the day. We explain what remains on your side so that nothing falls between the gaps.
