We live in Florence and have been planning weddings and private celebrations in Tuscany for more than 15 years.
Our story
Tvoi Event was founded by Olga Mamrovskaja. She lives in Florence and, together with her team, has spent more than 15 years organising private events in Tuscany: weddings, proposals, birthdays, anniversaries and family celebrations.
We work only in Tuscany and only on private events. We know this region from living and working here: Florence, Chianti, Siena, Val d'Orcia, Lucca, Pisa, the Versilia coast, Arezzo and Maremma. That is why we choose the venue and the vendors to suit your celebration, not the other way round.
Every couple or family works with one coordinator, from the first call to the last guest. Before preparation starts you receive a fixed written estimate. The team speaks English, Italian, German and Russian, so you, your guests and the local vendors always understand each other.
How we work
One coordinator
The person you spoke to on the first call stays with you until the celebration ends and is responsible for the whole day.
Estimate before we start
You receive a fixed written estimate before preparation begins. Any change is agreed with you in advance.
Tuscany only
We do not take on events in other Italian regions. We work where we live and where we know the venues, the roads and the local rules.
