Website information
Tvoi Event organises private events in Tuscany: weddings, family celebrations, private parties and dinners. The descriptions on the website are general information. The availability of dates and venues, timing, team and conditions depend on the request, the season, the place and the suppliers.
Enquiries and tailored proposals
A request, message or call does not create a contract or guarantee the booking of a venue or vendor. The cost is always calculated individually and fixed in a written estimate. An event is confirmed only once the scope of work, price, payment and cancellation terms have been accepted in writing. From then on that confirmation or a separate agreement applies.
Third-party suppliers
Preparing an event involves venues, villa owners, caterers, florists, musicians, carriers and other independent suppliers. Their availability and their own rules, as well as municipal permits (for example for music, fireworks or late hours), may affect the programme of the event. Each party's responsibility is determined by the tailored proposal and applicable law.
Confidentiality
We treat information about clients, guests and events as confidential. Events with stricter requirements may be covered by a separate non-disclosure agreement. Photographs and materials from your event are not published without your permission.
Intellectual property
The website text, design, brand and original materials belong to Tvoi Event or are lawfully used. Without written permission it is prohibited to systematically copy, extract, resell or use the website materials and structure to create a competing database.
Governing law and contact
