An anniversary brings together people of different ages, and that is the main difficulty: the grandfather needs a chair with armrests, the teenager needs a socket and music, the small children need space. We build the evening so that all of these needs are met in advance. We choose the place by the number of guests and by how they will arrive: a villa in Chianti, a hall in Florence or a garden in Versilia. The coordinator leads the whole preparation, and you receive a written estimate before work begins and an evening schedule accurate to half an hour.

Choosing the place
A villa, a wine estate, a hall in town. We look for step-free access for older guests, parking and the number of beds if guests stay overnight.
Dinner and menu
Seating at one long table or several round ones, a menu that takes the older guests' diet into account. Particular attention to the wine and the toast.
A surprise for the couple
Video greetings from friends who could not travel, a slideshow of family photographs, a musical number. Everything is prepared without the guests of honour knowing.
Music and a host
Live musicians for dinner and a DJ for dancing, or a single format of your choice. The host speaks the guests' language and keeps the toasts in order.
Photo and video
A group portrait of the family, a reportage of the evening and separate frames with each couple. For milestone dates we make a photo book.
Gifts and cake
A cake carrying the date, a keepsake for the couple and small gifts for the guests. For silver and golden anniversaries we prepare a ring-exchange moment.

If the couple want to renew their vows, we write a short script and bring a host. It is not a second wedding but a few personal words in front of the family.
A surprise without leaks
We speak only to the person organising the celebration and never call the couple. Video greetings are gathered through a separate channel.
A bed for the guests
We help find a hotel or villa for the night and arrange transfers, so that nobody has to drive after a glass of wine.

Can we celebrate a silver or golden anniversary in Tuscany?
Yes. We organise a lunch or dinner at a villa, a wine estate or a city hall and add a ring ceremony if the couple would like one. It has no legal force.
How many guests can we invite?
It depends on the venue: a villa usually seats between twenty and eighty people comfortably. Larger groups we place in a hall or a marquee.
What about guests who find walking difficult?
We choose places without steps, check the route from the car park to the table and arrange transport for those who cannot walk far.
Can the party be a surprise?
Yes, but someone from the family needs to bring the couple at the right hour. We are responsible for everything else, including the route and the arrival of the guests.
How early should we start preparing?
For summer dates it is best to start three to four months ahead; off-season six to eight weeks are enough. We name realistic timing after the first conversation.
