Data we receive
When you send a request through the form on the website or contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, contact details, a description of the event (occasion, date, place, number of guests, wishes) and the information needed to prepare and run the event. Please do not send passport details or other sensitive data until we have agreed a secure channel and confirmed that processing them is necessary.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer your request, prepare a tailored proposal and estimate, organise the event, perform the contract and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of the contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting correspondence and resolving disputes. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.
Analytics and cookies
The website uses browser storage to remember the theme, the language and your cookie choice. Google Analytics loads only after you consent and gives us aggregated visit statistics. You can reject analytics or change your decision at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Recipients, retention and transfers
Access is limited to Tvoi Event and the providers needed for communication, hosting and analytics. To organise an event, some information is shared with venues and vendors to the extent their work requires. When you use WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Google Maps or email, you also interact with those independent services under their own terms. Data may be processed outside the EEA subject to the safeguards required by law. Correspondence and contractual records are kept only as long as needed for the request, the contract, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. To do so, write to info@tvoi-event.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or another competent supervisory authority.
